I would just like to pass on my thanks for your professionalism and overall outstanding care for the riders that crashed at our race. I have spoken to the riders direct, other people who were at the scene and officials and everyone is in agreement that you all handled the situation very, very well. One of the riders who stopped at the scene to help, has asked for me to thank you and has said that she’d never such high levels of care at any cycle race – she is a doctor. This has been passed onto British Cycling. 

Thanks again, it’s great to know that when we do have to use you, you are ready and able to deal with what is thrown at you.

Amazing staff (Jon and Les) went above and beyond to support. Supported with the discharge in order to get patient safely inside property.
